Mounting the direct disposal pipe

Only for conversion to system type Direct
For optimum sealing, do not deburr the drilling edges.
Screw fastening clamps  onto the retainers  on the tank .
Make drillhole in the tapping area (hole saw, Ø 121 mm) .
Insert the passage seal  into the drillhole. 
Insert the direct disposal pipe  into the passage seal and mount the
fastening clamps. 
Connect fabric hose with 2 pipe clamps and 10 Nm torque
onto PE pipe DN 70 with bead. 
If connecting to a steel pipe, ensure a restrained
joint.

Initial filling and leak test

Perform leak test, to do so:
• Open both service access covers. If the service access covers are
difficult to open, insert a flat screw driver in the groove and lever open
carefully.
• Make sure that there are no external materials or soiling in the grease
separator.
• Use suitable means to close off the outlet and inlet.
• Fill grease separator completely with water and make sure that there
are no leaks.
• Restore functional capability of the outlet and inlet.
The system is now ready for use.
