Add paper to feed tray.
1. Adjust the feed tray tension
2. Side guide too tight. Adjust side guide.
3. Fan the paper and reload the paper onto feed tray.
Call for service
Close top cover.
Close rear cover.
Follow clear jam procedure page 24.
Adjust the feed tray tension lighter as per the feed tray tension index
Call for service
Empty the waste bin.
Power off/on to initialize machine.
