Key Description
1 Manual On / Off Valve
2 Manual material shut off valve
1. Close A and B Material Shut off Valves.
2. Remove Outlet Mix Block and Mixer before
priming system.
3. Install Manual Ratio Assembly. Move Ratio
handle to the closed position. Refer to Fig.
27
4. Move Slider Valves (BF) to the OFF position
on both A and B Supply Pumps. Refer to
Fig. 24
5. Reduce pressure on air motor regulators
(BE) to:
A1 Supply Ram 40 psi (.28 Mpa, 2.8 bar)
B1 Supply Ram 30 psi (.21 Mpa, 2.1 bar)

6. Open A and B Material Shut Off Valves at
the same time.
7. Place containers under A and B ratio valves.
8. Open Manual Ratio Valves.
9. Move Slider Valves to the ON position on
both A and B Supply Pumps.
10. A1 and B1 Supply Rams will begin to pump.
Let machine pump until both A and B
material flows out of the ratio valves. Close
Ratio Valve Handle when system is primed.
11. Perform Ratio Check Procedure before
starting production. (See Ratio Check
Procedure section in this manual)
12. Close A and B Manual Shut Off Valves.
13. Open Ratio Handle to relieve pressure
before installing Mixer Assembly.
Prime system until both materials are
air free before starting normal production.
