Ratio Alarm messages are only available when Ratio Monitor option is installed.
When the red indicator at the Pendant Station (See Fig. 28) is ON the system is shut down. If a Pressure or
Ratio Fault occurs the monitoring feature must be turned off to allow the system to run and continue to
troubleshoot. See Technician Screen section of this manual.

Alarm Message
Solution
Supply pumps not delivering enough material. Air in
the system. Flow Rate too low. Target weight ratio
is not correct. Verify in Technician screen. Ratio
tolerance is too small. Verify in Technician section.
Meter pump is worn or damaged. Perform Ratio
Check procedure for any of the above conditions.
