Alarm Message
Solution
Inlet pressure and outlet pressure are not balanced.
Verify Inlet to Outlet variation value on pressure
status screen. Turn Off Pressure Monitor in
Technician section to troubleshoot. Turn on
Pressure Monitor when machine is operating
properly.
A and B Outlet pressures are too far apart. Verify
Outlet variation value on pressure status screen.
Turn Off Pressure Monitor in Technician section to
proceed troubleshooting. Turn on Pressure Monitor
when machine is operating properly.
Inlet High Pressure value is too low. Increase value.
Pressure transducer is damaged. Verify and
replace.
Outlet High Pressure value is too low. Increase
value. Pressure transducer is damaged. Verify and
replace.
Inlet High Pressure value is too low. Increase value.
Pressure transducer is damaged. Verify and
replace.
Outlet High Pressure value is too low. Increase
value. Pressure transducer is damaged. Verify and
replace.
Max Cycle limit too low. Verify max cycle limit in
Technician section. Increase as needed. Air motor
was running away due to cavitation. Insure supply
pump is working properly.
