7. System Maintenance

7.1 Frame Reader & Blocker Calibration
Execute Automatic Calibration for Frame Reader & Blocker in the followings.
• The traced data seems to show the error in the Size and Axis
• The Frame Reader seems not to work properly
• Blocking position seems to incorrect
Frame Calibration
Procedures for frame calibration

Place standard frame to tracer.

Enter menu mode by pressing the
[MENU] button for 2 seconds.

Select "User Mode".

Select "Calibration".
⑤
Select "Frame Calibration".
⑥
Then follow instructions displayed on the
LCD.
• The result of Automatic Calibration will be automatically memorized.
• Be sure to check the related information before executing the calibration work
because you cannot get back the machine to the previous status. .
• During the calibration, [STOP] button stops and aborts processing job.
