From the "GEN" menu select "LOG" then "SETTINGS." "Rate" has a factory
default value of 1 minute (its minimum value) and a maximum value of 90
minutes. To change this, activate the icon and observe the "1 Min" value begin
to blink. Use the icon to increment to the desired value. Note that if you use
the icon at this point, the value will wrap to its highest value and begin
decrementing. When you have reached the desired value, activate the icon to
store the new value permanently.
When the sampling rate parameter has been set, move the cursor to "Ctrl."
The "Ctrl" parameter has three settings:
"On"—enables data logging
"Off"—disables data logging
"Rst"—resets (clears) the data logger memory
Because the factory default setting for this parameter is "Off," the operator will
have to change the value to "On" to start data logging. Periodically, it may be
desirable to disable data logging. To do so, change the value of the control
parameter to "Off."
To clear the existing data log memory, change the value of the CTRL to "Rst"
and activate the icon. This will clear out the existing data log memory. Note
that the value of the CTRL returns to either "Off" or "On," whichever was set
prior to reset ("Rst").
The monitor permits on-screen viewing of records in the data log memory. You
may select daily high, daily low, daily average, or individual records for
viewing. A DATA menu parameters screen is depicted below (see
