Polled I/O connection
When a polled I/O connection is used, a conventional master/slave
relationship is established between a controller and a DeviceNet device.
Polled I/O connections are point-to-point connections between two nodes on
the bus. When using this type of connection, the master sends a poll request
to the slave, which in turn responds with a poll response.
