The drive has an in-built motor thermal overload function; this is in the form of an

• Compatible Thermistor: PTC Type
• Trip Level: >=2.5 kΩ
• Reset Level: =<1.9 kΩ
• The thermistor input is monitored at all times and the
drive may trip even if it is disabled.
• Use suitable settings of parameter 1103 Command
Source and 9902 Digital Input Function Select which have
Input 3 function as External Trip, (1103 = 0, 9902 = 3)
Refer to Chapter 12 for further information.
• Set 1304 Analog Input 2 Format =
setting is not used, the drive will display
if the thermistor exceeds the threshold level during
operation.
