Error 41 – Incorrect Target Signature or JTAG ID

This error corresponds to programmer error:

Error 41 – Incorrect Target Signature / Device ID

This error can be due to and of the following reasons:

•

For JTAG or SWD programming interface only.

•

The 'signature (Device ID)' or 'JTAG ID' read

back from the target IC / device does not match

the 'signature' and / or 'JTAG ID' declared in the

programming project.

6.10 Repeatedly executing the same project

If you are batch programming and simply want to execute the same 'standalone programming

project' over and over again, then you need to perform the following steps...

Wait for the project to pass or fail

Press the

'YES' button

The 'Project selection' screen is displayed with shows the

'currently selected' project.

Press the

key to select displayed project.

e.g. PROJECTNAME1

The programmer will then perform a 'Project Image

check'.

This checks that the project data is valid (not corrupt).

Press the

'YES' button a third time.

The 'currently selected' project will then execute again.
