Solution
microphone gain in the audio settings on the
[Settings] tab of MASM-1.
Check the gain limit on the [Monitor] tab of
MASM-1. If two lamps are lit, the speech
reinforcement level has exceeded the limit
and audio quality has deteriorated.
Set the microphone gain within the range so
that the gain limit lamps are not lit or that
only one lamp is lit to avoid deterioration of
audio quality.
If a larger speech reinforcement level is
needed, review the MAS-A100 installation
environment and calibrate again.
Adjust the gain or the input/output level of
the audio system or recording system so that
the signal is not at an excessive level.
For example, connecting an analog audio
line-level output to a microphone level input
may cause audio distortion.
After adjustment, calibrate the MAS-A100
again.
Check the routing on the [Routing] tab of
Dante Controller.
Check the status lamp on the [Monitor] tab of
MASM-1. If the color of the lamp is red
(Standby), press the Power button to switch
the status green (Active) or amber (Mute).
If noise gate is enabled ([Low], [Middle, or
[High]), audio below a threshold is
attenuated. Set noise gate to [Off].
Adjust the input gain of the recording system.
