Solution
Do not change the Dante device name of the
MAS-A100 from the factory default.
The maximum number of flows of the
MAS-A100 is 2. The output can be routed to
up to two devices using unicast flows.
It is necessary to use multicast flows, instead
of unicast, if you need to send audio to three
or more devices.
On the [Clock Status] tab, check that only
one Dante device is configured as the
"Master" for Primary V1 Multicast. If more
than one Dante device is configured as
"Master", there is a problem with the clock of
the Dante network. For details, refer to the
Dante Controller user guide.
Initialize the unit.
For details, see "Initial setup and
registration".
Check the routing on the [Routing] tab of
Dante Controller.
If noise gate is enabled ([Low], [Middle], or
[High]), audio below a threshold is
attenuated. Set noise gate to [Off].
Check that the status lamp on the [Monitor]
tab of MASM-1 is green (Active). If the color
of the lamp is red (Standby), press the Power
button to switch to Active state. If the color of
the lamp is amber (Mute), press the [Mute]
button to cancel muting.
Increase the output gain temporarily on the
[Monitor] tab of MASM-1. Or, increase the
