Solution
Set the HTTP proxy setting of Windows OS so
that communication with MAS-A100 units
occurs over HTTP.
Disable the SSL function of the MAS-A100.
If a third-party firewall application (such as
McAfee, Trendmicro, and Norton) is used,
configure the firewall settings separately.
For details, refer to the Dante Controller user
guide provided by Audinate Pty Ltd.
Set the network switch to not block the
network port used by Dante.
For details, see "3.4 Network switch" and the
Dante Controller user guide.
Check the network connection.
Connect Dante devices and the PC on the
same subnet.
Dante devices that are on the same segment
(same layer 2 network) but are not on the
same subnet are shown on the [Device Info]
tab of Dante Controller with the device name
displayed in red.
Connect the PC to the same subnet as the
MAS-A100 units, and then use Dante
Controller.
