Like previous Flatiron Instructions, mirror images are provided for each instruction set based on how your wheel was assembled to help you add this Bulky package to your wheel.

INSTALL THE BULKY FRONT MAIDEN With the Schacht logo facing out, fit the slot of the bulky front maiden over the mor- tised end of the MOA until the quick release holes on both pieces line up. Leaving the spring on the lever side of the quick release assembly, fit the post of the quick release through the holes on the bulky front maiden and MOA.
- Page 4 4. ADJUSTING THE BULKY BEARING If your flyer does not appear to be spinning freely, remove the flyer and re-install it without the drive band or tension spring-and-string. Make sure there is a 1/16” gap between the flyer shoulder and the orifice bearing. Spin the flyer by hand.
