WIRE ROUTING DIAGRAM
A Install the grommet so that it
contact with the gray tube.
B Route the oil level switch lead
as shown.
C Make sure that the high ten-
sion cord is not pinched when
installing the flywheel cover.
D Place the lead on the TCI unit
side to secure.
E Secure the lead with the cover
installed.
F Route the TCI unit lead
through the hole in the crank-
case.

G Adjust the TCI unit air gap
between to 0.4–0.6 mm
(0.0157–0.0236 in) on both
sides.
H Install the lead so that there is
no slack or pinching.
I Install the spark plug cap in
the direction shown.
J Screw in the high tension cord
until it touches the spark plug
cap.
