14.1 Error messages

O-Err The balance has been overloaded.
b-Err Electronic error, caused by electrostatic fields. Check the
environment. When necessary change the installation place.
Wrong adjusting weight (too light).
1-Err
Wrong adjusting weight (to heavy).
2-Err
Transport lock not released, see point 3 "Installation". Weighing
11-Err
mechanism defective. Please contact the manufacturer.
When other error messages appear turn off the balance and on again. When the error
message still appears please contact the manufacturer.

Possible causes
Balance is not turned on

Mains connection does not function (cable not connected,

cable defective).
Mains supply break down.

- Air movements.
- Vibrations of the table or the floor
- The pan is in contact with an alien element.
- Balance has not been tared.
- No adjusting has been done.
- Temperature deviations.
