Water Flow Servo / Bypass Valve Removal
1. The Water Flow Servo and Bypass
Servo are separate components but
are removed as an assembly.
2. To separate the servos, remove the
two screws holding the brass bodies
together then separate the
components.
NOTE:
Do not remove the white plastic
motor housing from the valve body.
3. To remove the flow turbine for
cleaning or replacement, remove the
plastic retainer ring. This ring is friction
fit and can be removed with a small
pick or screwdriver.
4. The turbine assembly can now be
withdrawn from the housing. If
necessary, the turbine can be
disassembled: First remove the top cap
then the internal components.
Note the order of removal and orientation
of the components for ease of
reassembly.
