4) Coller les empennages en place.
Vérifi er la parfaite la symétrie, laisser sécher.
Glue the empennages in place.
Check the geometry and let's dry.
5) En fonction de la position de la tringlerie, détermi-
ner la position du guignol de profondeur.
Les trous du guignol doivent être parfaitement alignés
avec l'axe d'articulation.
Depending on the position of the linkage, determine
the location of elevator control horn.
The horn holes must be perfectly aligned with the axis
of articulation.
6) Tracer la position du «pied» du guignol sur le volet
de profondeur.
Mark the position of the «foot» of the horn on the ele-
vator.
7) A l'aide d'une mini perceuse, usiner la fente qui va
recevoir le guignol de profondeur.
With a mini drill, machine a slot that will take the ele-
vator horn.
8) Présenter le guignol. Essayer d'actionner la com-
mande de profondeur manuellement. Il ne doit pas y
avoir de point dur. Ajuster si nécessaire.
Trial fi t the horn. Actuate elevator linkage manually.
It should not be hard spot. Adjust if necessary.
9) Enfi ler la contre-plaque du guignol sur le pied. Ame-
ner en butée avec l'aide d'un tournevis.
Coller avec de la colle cyano fl uide.
Connecter la chape au guignol de profondeur.
Insert the plate through the foot of the horn.
Bond with thin cyano glue.
Connect the clevis to the elevator horn.
10) Recommencer toutes ces opérations pour instal-
ler le guignol de direction.
Repeat all the procedure to install teh rudder conrol
horn.
11) Coller les charnières dans les volets de profon-
deur et de direction à la colle cyano fl uide.
Glue the hinges of the elevator and rudder with thin
cyano.
