Split vat fryers only! Display shows "LEFT RGHT", asking you to
select which vat will be cleaned. Press
X button for the right vat.

Display shows "OIL RMVD" "YES NO"

If oil has already been removed, press
down to "Solution Added?" step.
If vat still has oil, press X button and display shows "MUST
DRAIN OIL" and "OFF" and then exits Deep Clean Mode. Dispose
of oil per Section 3-13.
Once vat is empty, close drain and repeat steps 2 to 6 and press

Display shows "SOLUTION ADDED?" "YES NO". Mix Heavy-
Duty Degreaser Solution in the vat to be cleaned and fill vat to 1 in.
(25 mm) above the top fill line. Then press
shows "START CLEAN" "YES NO".

Press
button display shows "CLEANING", and a countdown
timer. Heat regulates to 195°F (91°C) for this step for one hour.
Add water as needed during cleaning process to keep solution 1 in. (25 mm)
above the top fill line.
To stop the cleaning cycle early, press X button. The display shows "QUIT
DEEP CLN" "YES NO". Press the
down time and proceed to the rinse steps.
10.
Follow vat cleaning procedure and at the end of the one hour,
display shows "CLN DONE" and beeps. Press
display then shows "REMOVE SOLUTION FROM VAT".
11.
Empty filter drain pan of internal filtering components, take the
components to a sink to be cleaned. Return the empty filter drain
pan and cover to the fryer.
