Boot BIOS Feature Setup
Select the BOOT tab from the setup screen to enter the BOOT BIOS Setup screen.
Users can select any item in the left frame of the screen, such as PCI Configuration,
to go to the sub menu for that item. Users can display a BOOT BIOS Setup option by
highlighting it using the <Arrow> keys. All BOOT BIOS Setup options are described
in this section. The BOOT BIOS Setup screen is shown below. The sub menus are
described on the following pages.
Quiet Boot: Enables/Disables Quiet Boot option.
Disabled [Default]
Enabled
Fast Boot: Enables/Disables boot with initialization of a minimal set of devices
required to launch active boot option. Has no effect for BBS boot options.

Bootup NumLock State: Select the keyboard NumLock state.

GateA20 Active: UPON REQUEST - GA20 can be disabled using BIOS ser-
vices. ALWAYS - do not allow disabling GA20; this option is useful when any RT
code is executed above 1MB.
