8. Connect the battery cables as below.

Incorrect installation of batteries may damage the Fuse Unit or cause fire.
9. Insert Battery connection cable into the Cable guides as shown in the next diagram.
10. Install the Battery tray cover fitting to the three tabs and tighten the two screws.

• Do not pull the Battery connection cable strongly.
• Be careful not to catch the Battery connection cable when installing the Battery
tray cover.
• Write down the year and month of the next battery replacement in the label
on Front cover.
