Place the solar light on a On/Off Switch non-abrasive surface with the solar panel against the surface to test the fixture. There will be a short delay Fixture Body for the fixture to light up.

Mounting Bracket How to Replace Battery Remove the back cover Using a screwdriver, remove Screw screws from the fixture body.
