INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE GUIDE ScoutPro Path Light ® APL-3016-4-B-BZ Important Safety Instructions: Read Before Installation This luminaire is intended for installation in accordance with local codes and the National Electric Code (NEC). Failure to adhere to these codes and instructions may result in serious injury, property damage and void the warranty. - Page 3 Package Contents A. (1) Fixture Body C. (3) Set Screws B. (1) Lens Product Dimensions 11” 4” 23” Install Stake Determine the desired location for Board mounting the fixture. Hammer the stake into the ground until flange of stake is flush to grade. To avoid damage to the stake, place a board on top of the stake while hammering.
- Page 4 INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE GUIDE ScoutPro Path Light ® APL-3016-4-B-BZ Install G4 Bi-Pin Insert the G4 Bi-Pin with the correct Socket wattage and type as marked on luminaire label. Push the Bi-Pin into place. CAUTION: Do not exceed maximum wattage marked on luminaire label.
- Page 5 INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE GUIDE ScoutPro Path Light ® APL-3016-4-B-BZ Install Fixture to Stake Clear an area in the ground at the wireway slot on top of the stake. Lay the fixture wire into the wireway slot and thread the fixture onto the stake.
- Page 6 INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE GUIDE ScoutPro Path Light ® APL-3016-4-B-BZ Install/Replace Bi-Pin Loosen the set screws and remove the lens to expose the G4 Bi-Pin and replace it with the correct wattage and type marked on the luminaire label. Then reinstall the lens and secure with set screws.
