a) When the engine starts, immediately release the
ignition key. The ignition key goes back to
position (A).
b) If the engine does not start in 10 seconds,
release the ignition key and wait 5 seconds
before you try again.
4. Let the engine operate at idle speed for 2–3 minutes.
5. Apply full throttle.
a) For products with a throttle control that is not
EPA:
b) For products with EPA throttle control: Pull the
position stop (A) up, and move the throttle control
to full throttle (B). Make sure that the throttle
control locks in the position.

1. Park the product on level ground.
