7.13 Why do videos taken near lights have ripples?
Lights are powered by alternating current at a certain frequency. If the frequency and the
camera's scanning frequency do not match, ripples appear. Since commercial electricity
frequencies vary by country and area, to achieve compatibility, your phone needs to identify
the actual commercial electricity frequency in real time, resulting in ripples if shooting scenes
change. If your phone is near the light source or the shooting scenes change during video
recording, ripples may also occur. This is normal.

A certain exposure time is required to take a photo. During the exposure time, if an object
moves in the shot, the photo is blurred.
