7.1 Why is the DTS effect not obvious?
Use a headset for better sound effect when you are playing songs.
7.2 Why can't I view photos I have taken by double
pressing the volume down button after I turn on the
camera?
You may have set Screen lock for privacy protection, which prevents you from viewing the
photos you have taken.
7.3 When the screen is locked, why can I only see the
photos I have just taken?
This is because you have setup a Screen lock. To protect your privacy, photos taken at a
previous time cannot be viewed when the screen is locked.
7.4 Why doesn't an Apple headset work with my phone?
Other brand headsets are not compatible with your phone. Use the headset provided or
another compatible one.
7.5 Why do I hear a sound when I shake my phone?
The sound comes from your phone camera's autofocus motor. Currently all phones use a voice
coil motor (VCM) focusing system, the internal coil of which is secured by springs. When
you shake your phone, that is the sound you hear.
7.6 Why can't I open the camera?
If you can't open the camera, this may be because there is another app already open that is
related to the camera in some way, like the flashlight. Try closing all apps that may be related
to the camera and then opening the camera again.
