5.5.3 Pressure zones

The CDVI with one pressure zone can be converted at a later
stage to operation with two or three pressure zones.
You will require the following components:
Components
One of the following
separator plates:
channel 1 blocked
channels 3/5 blocked
channels 1 and 3/5 blocked
One or two extension blocks
If necessary blanking plug
for connections 1 or 3/5
for connections 12/14, 82/84
or 2/4

Proceed as follows:
1. Please observe the general safety measures
(see section 5.2).
2. Dismantle the CDVI (see section 5.3).
3. Insert the separator plate and if necessary the extension
block as described below.
4. Fit the CDVI (see section 5.3).
Note
Seal unused connections (supply air and pilot air
·
connections) with blanking plugs.
