Programming with DSC – Call Menu

Call barring

It is possible to block incoming/outgoing
calls. You will require a password from your
network operator in order to set up call bar-
ring.
Press
/
to select "Barring" and
press OK.
Call meters
Forwarding
Barring
The display will indicate the different types
of call barring.

Change "password"

You can change the password you received
for call barring from your network operator.
This password is only for the use of the net-
work services and should not be confused
with the access code for the set.
If you change the password, make sure to
make a note of the new one!
Enter the old code and press OK.
Enter the new code and press OK.
Enter the new code again and press
OK.

Bar "outgoing" calls:

"All calls"
No calls can be made from the Radiophone.
You can still use the emergency number.
"Internation.(al)"
No calls can be made outside of the coun-
try, domestic calls only.
"Internation. except home"
No calls can be made outside of the coun-
try. If you are in a foreign country, you can
place calls to your home country.

Bar "incoming" calls:

"All calls"
You cannot receive any calls.
"Internation. except home"
If you are in a foreign country, you can re-
ceive calls made from your home country
only.
Press
/
to make your selection and
press OK.

Bar calls, PC data, faxes

The Radiophone can distinguish between
speech (incoming call), data (PC) or fax for
each call barring.
Select "Speech" to bar all incoming calls.
Select "Data" to bar all PC data.
Select "Fax" to bar faxes.
Select "All services" to bar all calls for
speech, data and fax.
Press
/
to make your selection and
press OK.
