Replace the Outlet Valve

When If Outlet valve is defective.
Parts required #

OR 1
1 Lift up solvent filters in solvent reservoirs to avoid
leakages.
2 Open the purge valve.
3 Power off the system.
4 Open the doors.
6 Unscrew the outlet valve with a 17 mm wrench (1.) and
remove it (2.).

5 Remove all tubings and capillaries from the pump head
assembly (seal wash tubes, IN and OUT capillaries).
7 Insert the outlet valve into the pump head (1.). Close the
outlet valve (2.).
