Using an External Transformer for Multiple 12 VAC MagicStream
Laminars
When using a 100 Watt transformer (set at 12 VAC) with multiple 12 VAC MagicStream
Laminars, it is recommended that no more than six (6) MagicStream laminars be used
with a maximum of 50 feet 12 gauge cable run, between the transformer and the junction
box. There should be no more than 100 feet of cable between the junction box and the
MagicStream laminar. This will ensure that the MagicStream laminars receive a minimum
operating power of 12 VAC. Note: For long cable lengths, set transformer to 14 VAC, see
diagram below.

allowable light wattage is 300 Watts maximum. The individual light wattage is as follows:
