The indicator lamp on
the vehicle charging
socket does not light
up. The high-voltage
battery is not being
charged.
The charging cable
cannot be removed.

The vehicle is inactive.

Activate the vehicle by pressing the # button on the key and
lock it again.
The vehicle is in charging mode or has completed active charging.

Unlock the charging lock by pressing the # button on the key.
