of an extension
cord used
Abrasive Disk
worn
Abrasive Disk
likely torn or
damaged.
This
WARNING:
is an extremely
unsafe condi-
tion!
Excessive
pressure being
applied while
sanding or
grinding
Dirt and cutting
debris buildup
in motor cool-
ing air slots
CORRECTION
Check 120 VAC input plug connection.
Check for tripped circuit breaker. The Sander
operates on a 15 Amp Minimum circuit.
Use at another location or at a time when voltage
is higher.
Extension cords not recommended. If necessary,
use only 16 Gauge or larger cord and limit length
to 25'.
Check Abrasive Disk condition and replace per
"ABRASIVE DISK REPLACEMENT" section in
these instructions.
Discontinue use and replace Abrasive Disk.
Allow Disk to cut by rotation alone. Do Not Force.
Use a brush or compressed air to remove debris.
