Safety instructions!

– Inst allation and initial operation,
operation, maintenance and repair
work may only be carried out in
accordance with the relevant safety
instructions and regulations and only
by qualified and specially trained
personnel!
– All security coverings that have been
removed during repair work have to be
reinstalled before initial operation!
– All electrical connections must be
made in accordance with the
applicable national regulations. For
Germany: regulation VD E 0100 (VDE,
German Association of Electricians)!
– The current must always be switched
off (at mains switch, pressure relief
valve, etc .) before maintenance and
repair work!
– Take precautions to prevent
inadvertent restoration of power, e.g.
by hanging a suitable warning sign at
the mains switch, such as:
"Maintenance work in progress", or
"Repair work in progress"!
– VarioFlow is an industrial chain
conveyor system used to transport
products on the condition that it is
correctly inst alled in accordance with
the Technical Data and Calculation
chapters in the VarioFlow catalog.
– A risk evaluation has to be carried out
according to D IN EN 294 before initial
operation of the VarioFlow chain
conveyor system
– The user must install a tamper-proof
protector on the returning c hain if a
cleated chain is used .
– Walking on the VarioFlow chain
conveyor system is not permitted!
– Under const ant operation and at slow
conveying speeds, the drive motor
could reach temperatures exceeding
65°C ( DIN EN 563).

– Liability:
In no event can the manufacturer
accept guarantee claims or liability
claims for damages arising from
improper use of the appliance or from
intervention in the appliance other
than that described in this instruction
manual.
– Exclusion of warranty:
The manufacturer can accept no
warranty claims if non-original spare
parts have been used!
