Task
Replace jaws
Replace spinner and carriage
guides
Replace rod wiper
Replace carriage wheels
Lube rod/pipe threads
Lube bowls
Replace Jaws
Bungee
1. Lift off front of machine. See "Remove/Install
Front Panel" on page 72.
2. Remove rod wiper (1, shown).
3. Remove rod guide (2, shown).
4. Remove three bolts (3, shown) to remove
jaws.
5. Replace jaws.
6. Reinstall bolts, rod guide, and rod wiper.
7. Lower front of machine down into place. See
"Remove/Install Front Panel" on page 72.
Carriage
1. Remove snap ring on carriage (1).
2. Remove rod guide (2).
3. Remove three bolts (3) to remove jaws (4).
4. Replace jaws.
5. Reinstall bolts, rod guide, and snap ring.
