30 - Controls
Description
Press forward to move
carriage forward.
Center position neutral.
Pull back to move carriage
back.
Press left to set pullback at
faster speed with less power
(50).
Press right to set pullback at
lower speed with more power
(100).
Press left for pullback (-)
mode.
Press right for push (+) mode.
Press to activate set pullback
tons option.
Press to increase number of
set tons bursting unit will stop
pulling at.
Press to decrease number of
set tons bursting unit will stop
pulling at.
Press left to close clamp.
Return to center position for
auto mode.
Press right to open clamp.
With power unit throttle in
high, press left to decrease
throttle and go to standby
pressure.
With power unit throttle in
high, press right to increase
throttle and go to full
operating pressure.
Notes
IMPORTANT: Most jobs can be
completed with pullback set at 50.
IMPORTANT: Unit will pullback at a
maximum of 100 tons.
Auto mode clamps and unclamps pipe
automatically. In auto mode the
bursting unit will limit spinner
functionality based on mode and
position to help prevent accidentally
unthreading rods.
IMPORTANT: Operate machine at
high throttle.
