Fax Tech Menu

This menu contains options to allow fax country code testing and to modify values for the fax subsystem.
To access this menu, from the Service Menu, navigate to Fax Tech Menu.

Fax ATM Menu

This menu is used to support testing various modem functions.
To access this menu, touch ATM Menu.

Fax Homologation Menu

This menu is used to support testing various homologation functions.
Note: The homologation defaults are country dependent.
To access this menu, touch Homologation Settings.

Fax Modulation Settings Menu

This menu is used to enable or disable specific modem modulation modes.
To access this menu, touch Modulation Settings.

Fax Call Diagnostics Menu

This menu is used to set and retrieve call diagnostics.
To access this menu, touch Call Diagnostics.

Event Logs

The Event Log is a diagnostic tool that tracks the occurrence of various critical events in the printer's functional
history.
To access this menu, from the Service Menu navigate to Event Logs

Print Log

The Event Log contains the following information:
•
Detailed printer information, including code versions
•
Time and date stamps
•
Page counts for most errors
•
Additional debug information in some cases
To print the Event Log, touch Print Log > Accept.

Clear Log

This option removes the current information in the Event Log.
To clear the Event Log, touch Clear Log > Accept.
