Warning and Safety instructions
Metal objects stored in a drawer under the Teppanyaki can
become hot if the appliance is used intensively for a long time. Do
not store any metal items or utensils in a drawer under the
Teppanyaki.
The Teppanyaki is fitted with a cooling fan. If a drawer is fitted
directly underneath the built-in Teppanyaki, ensure that there is
sufficient space between the drawer and its contents and the
underside of the appliance in order to ensure sufficient ventilation for
the Teppanyaki. Do not store pointed or small items or paper in the
drawer. They could get in through the ventilation slots or be sucked
into the casing by the fan and damage the fan or impair cooling.
The Teppanyaki gets very hot. Do not use coated barbecue
utensils. Heat-resistant, coated cutlery is also not suitable.
