The last temperature selected is automatically activated the next time the drawer is switched on, and this is shown in the display (Exception: Low temperature cooking).

    Operation Duration Do not leave the Gourmet warming drawer unattended for long periods in continuous operation. Keeping food warm for a long time can result in it drying out or even self-igniting. Your drawer is fitted with a safety switch-off mechanism which switches it off after a maximum of 12 hours' continuous operation.
