Installing the Substage Condenser

Substage Condenser
The Leica DM 750 has an open substage
condenser mount, therefore
condenser needs to be installed.
The substage condenser mount is open
Leica DM 750
1. Raise the stage to its highest position using
the coarse focus knob on the side of the
the microscope.
2. Adjust the condenser mount to its lowest
position using the condenser focus knob,
located on the left-hand side of the
substage.

3. Completely loosen the two set screws (or
thumbscrews if you have a Koehler stand)
on the condenser mount.
