Koehler Setup

If your Leica DM 750 is fitted with a field diaphragm for Koehler Illu-
mination, use the following procedure to assure condenser centra-
tion and focus.
1. Close the Koehler field diaphragm on the base of the microscope so
that its iris leaves are present within the field of view when looking
into the eyepieces.

2. Use the condenser focusing knob, located on the left-hand side of the
substage, to bring the leaves of the field diaphragm into sharp focus.
