Electrical connection
DANGER
Danger from electrical voltage!
If the machine is connected to the electrical power supply by persons with-
out specialist knowledge, this can result in injuries to persons / machine
damage.
The machine must be connected and fused by a qualified electrician
in accordance with the applicable regulations in the country of use.
The following must be observed when wiring the machine:
Pay attention to the included electrical wiring diagram ( "Placement
of rating plate and electrical wiring diagram" on page 17).
Refer to the rating plate (1)( "Placement of rating plate and electrical
wiring diagram" on page 17) for the rating of the line fuse to be provided
by the customer.
Check whether the operating voltage stated on the rating plate corre-
sponds to the voltage of your mains power supply (2).
The maximum permitted difference is +/- 5%.
The machine must be connected using a plug connection or via a lock-
able mains disconnect feature (master switch).
The mains cable must be laid so that it cannot be damaged mechani-
cally and does not cause any tripping hazards.
A connection approval must be obtained from the competent power
utilities before initial commissioning of the machine or the first connec-
tion after a change of location!
Connection of a RCCB switch
Only valid for machines with a connection voltage of 230V!
If a residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) is intended to be used by the
customer, then an RCCB 30 mA type F must be used.
Only valid for machines with a connection voltage of 400V!
If a residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) is intended to be used by the
customer, then an RCCB 30 mA type B must be used.
