Mains plug not plugged in

Initialisation not performed
The product is too soft or too fresh
Blade is blunt
The product is not held tight by the
product feed holder
Slice support not in the starting
position
Slice support is bent
Sensor defective
The feed motor is overheated
Slice holder not in the starting posi-
tion
Sensor defective
Blade is blunt
The blade's silicone layer is dam-
aged
The blade cutting edge is smeared
Variable counter blade is smeared
Remedy
Plug in mains plug
Switch on the master switch
Perform initialisation
Let the product stand for a few
hours
Replace the blade
Fasten the product feed holder to
the product
Move the slice support to the start-
ing position, remove any product
residues if necessary
Replace slice support if necessary
Contact TREIF Service
Let the feed motor cool down
Move the slice folder to the starting
position, remove any product resi-
dues if necessary
Contact TREIF Service
Replace the blade
Replace the blade
Clean the blade
Clean the variable counter blade
with a moist cloth.
