The cut-off knife is very sharp. There is increased risk of injury in the case
of unsafe handling of the cut-off knife.

Wear personal protective equipment.

Only store dismantled blades in safe places!

Never touch the blade's cutting edge.

Make sure that no unauthorised persons have access to the knife.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We recommend keeping a second replacement blade in stock in order to
prevent downtimes of the machine.
Always clean the blade before sharpening it!
It is not possible for you to re-sharpen the blade on site because a special
grinding jig is required.

SA 13.4 refers to a section in a market report that provides the sausage portioner market forecast for Europe by country from 2025 to 2031. It does not specifically relate to the Treif Smart machine's operation or features.
