Chapter 7: Headset and PA installation and

The microphones from the Avaya B179 and the wireless headset will work simultaneously and

transmit the call to other participants in the phone conference. Please refer to your headset manual

for further information.

Procedure

Connect the headset to the AUX port on the Avaya B179 device.

The Avaya B179 can be connected to an external PA system using a PA interface box.

Note:

Always disconnect the power supply from the electrical outlet before disconnecting or

connecting equipment to the Avaya B179.
