Fault
Meaning
code
30B
A channel fault was detected. Confirma-
H
tion is required to enable the channel.
30D
The F-source address and F-destination
H
address stored in the electronic coding
element cannot be accessed.
30E
No valid PROFIsafe address is saved in
H
the retentive memory.
Possible causes:
Initial commissioning
•
Deliberate parameter change of the
•
PROFIsafe address
Deviation between target and actual
•
configuration of the plant.
312
The minimum permissible temperature
H
limit has been violated.
314
The discrepancy time set for 1oo2 opera-
H
tion has been exceeded.
Possible causes of the discrepancy error:
Incorrect parameter assignment
•
Wire break in the sensor's supply
•
cable
31E
The F-module detected an internal error
H
in the test connection.
Possible causes:
Increased EMC
•
F-module defective
•
321
The supply voltage is too high.
H
322
The supply voltage is too low.
H
331
Internal error during analog-digital con-
H
version.
Possible causes:
Increased EMC
•
F-module defective
•
332
The F-module detected an internal error
H
in the test connection.
Possible causes:
Increased EMC
•
F-module defective
•

Remedy
Confirm the channel fault.
Verify that the coding element is pre-
sent. Replace the coding element, if
necessary.
In the case of initial commissioning
•
or deliberate parameter change,
assign the PROFIsafe address.
Check the consistency of the target
•
and actual configuration.
Operate the F-module within the speci-
fied temperature range (see Technical
specifications (Page 64))
Check the discrepancy time, the sen-
sors and the cabling.
If the error persists, replace the F-
module.
Check the supply voltage and then test
the safety application.

the safety application.

module.
