4.17 Display Assembly

Remove the Display Assembly
The following describes the procedure for removing a display assembly. (See Figure 4-17-1
~ Figure 4-17-4)
1. Turn off the computer and remove the battery.
2. Do the procedure from section 4.2 to section 4.9. (Except section 4.6)
3. Turn the computer upside down.
4. Disconnect wireless antenna cable from the connectors on the combo card.
5. Disconnect the LVDS cable from the system board side.
6. Release the following screws securing the Display assembly and Top assembly. (Left
and right hinge)
