Replacement Procedures
CAUTION: When handling the system board, always hold by the edges. Do not touch the
printed circuit face.

4.13 System Board

Remove the System Board
The following describes the procedure for removing a system board. (See Figure 4-13-1 ~
Figure 4-13-2)
1. Turn off the computer and remove the battery.
2. Do the procedure from section 4.2 to section 4.11. (Except section 4.6)
3. Release the following screw securing the system board.
4. Disconnect the Power-MB FFC cable, LVDS cable, Speaker cable and TP-MB FFC
cable on the system board side.
5. Remove the system board from Top assembly slantwise.
