About this task
Use this procedure to manually check for upgrade files and to download and install upgrade files
immediately if updated software is available.
Procedure
1. Go to the Settings screen.
2. Tap About Avaya Vantage > Software information.
3. Tap Update now.
If the file server contains new software, Avaya Vantage

Vantage has the latest software, the Your phone is up to date message is displayed
on the screen.

Restoring factory settings

About this task
Use this procedure to remove all user information stored on the device and to restore original
manufacturer settings.
Resetting a device removes the following information from the device and restores the following to
the factory settings:
• All administered values.
• User-specified data, including information about all accounts.
• Device settings.
• Application data and settings.
• Wi-Fi network configuration.
You cannot recover settings and data after you delete them.
