6.3 Fault table

Fault description
Loud noises/knocking noises
during lift movement of the
table
Lifting speed of the lifting
columns restricted
Lifting columns do not retract
or extend evenly
Lifting column does not
retract or extend
Lifting columns have diffe-
rent extension heights during
synchronous operation

6.4 After maintenance and troubleshooting

Cause
Overload of the lifting
columns, crooked spindle
deflecting.
Motor of the lifting columns
faulty.
Too much play between the
profiles due to wear on the
plastic sliding bearings (as a
result of soiling or use of chlo-
rine cleaner).
Motor, limit switch or inner
wiring faulty.
Electrical faults.
Perform the following steps once maintenance and troubleshooting
are complete:
1. Check that all screw connections loosened previously are
secure.
2. Ensure that all tools, materials and other equipment used
have been removed from the work area.
3. Clean the work area and remove any escaped substances
such as liquids, processing material or similar products.
