Assembly workstation with Multilift II ESD lifting column:
Check the effectiveness of the electrical connection in the
lifting column before commissioning and afterwards during
operation, regularly within the scope of ESD monitoring.
Check the assembly workstation for soiling. If necessary,
clean the assembly workstation with a clean cloth.
Note: Do not use cleaning agents containing solvents!
Inspect the electrical connections of the lifting columns for
mechanical stress and to make sure they are firmly in place.
Check the assembly workstation (in particular the lifting col-
umns) for damage (visual inspection).
Carry out a safety inspection of the lifting columns as per
EN 62353.
Check that the limit switches/end positions of the lifting col-
umns are fully functional.
Assembly workstation with Multilift II impact lifting
column:
Replace the lifting columns after 100,000 impact loads with
maximum impulse.
Service the optional modules as per the corresponding
instructions.
